Feedback:

See what our clients have to say about us!

Through our sessions I have grown in ways that I never thought possible and I have never felt as mentally strong as I do now. This is down to her generosity, openness, her ability to really hear what you are saying and to ask you the right things. She makes you feel safe whilst also encouraging you to explore difficult questions. Her care and compassion has helped me grow and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to explore therapy.

Robyn

Thank you again for changing my perspective on how I can deal with life.

About Me

I am London based Asian/Indian Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with over nine years of experience.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy to individuals and couples, incorporating trauma-informed practices providing a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotional world at their own pace. My integrative approach draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also integrate elements from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Inner Child work, particularly for trauma recovery work.

I work with a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including pregnancy and postnatal issues, parenting challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, bereavement, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and work-related concerns.

My therapeutic style is gentle, warm, and culturally competent. I value the richness of each person’s unique background and bring a deep respect for cultural identity, family dynamics, and intergenerational experiences into the therapeutic relationship. As someone with lived experience of Asian culture, I offer sensitivity and insight into issues such as cultural expectations, identity conflict, and the impact of stigma around mental health. I am fluent in Hindi and Urdu, and I welcome clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in these languages.
